Frequently Asked Questions

How do I place an order?    To place an order, simply click on the item you want. The quantity field will have a 1 already entered. If you would like more than one, highlight it and enter the quantity of  that item you wish to purchase. Then click on the 'Add to Cart' button and you'll be able to see what's in your shopping cart. From there you have the choice to 'Continue Shopping' or 'Checkout'. It's that easy!

What is your Return Policy?    Any purchase may be returned within 7 days of receiving it. Click here to go to our Policies page more information. If you have any questions regarding a return or exchange please email us at returns@onestopbuckleshop.com and we will send you specific instructions on how to return your purchase.

All returned items must be in ‘as new’ condition. We cannot accept returns on belts or belt buckles that show signs of wear, use, or damage. Shipping charges for returned items are the responsibility of the buyer.

Do you charge a Restocking Fee?    Never!

Are all belt buckles and belts always in stock?   We try, but there are times when some popular items are temporarily out of stock, especially during the holiday season. If we find that the item you ordered is out of stock, we will attempt to determine when it will be available again and inform you. At that time you can decide to wait until the item is available (often it may only be a few days), cancel your order, or select another item.  There may also be instances when limited edition belt buckles may reach the end of their produced availability. Many licensed products have production runs limited to quantities of 5,000 or 10,000 total. They will not be run again, period!  That adds value and makes them that much more a unique and collectible belt buckle.

How are my purchased items shipped?    One Stop Buckle Shop maintains a large selection of buckles and belts as on-hand inventory.  We ship directly from our corporate headquarters in Michigan.  We also, in order to provide you with the best selection of products, may ship your items directly from our quality manufacturers and wholesale supplier locations. There is no additional cost to you. What it does mean is that there may be times when your shipment will arrive in different packages. This system has proven to work well and your items typically arrive within a day or two of each other.

We have several methods of shipping. All shipping is done through the USPS or USP. For very large orders, we will look to find you the most cost effective method of shipping.  If you're requesting a rush delivery such as Federal Express shipping, please use the 'Contact Us' form and we will provide you the correct Fed Ex shipping charges to your location before you check out.

What are the shipping charges?   Shipping charges may vary if you request a special shipping method such as Express Shipping. Typically we ship through the USPS, using their Priority Mail service. Our flat rate shipping charge is $5.95.

Do I have to pay a Sales Tax?    A Sales Tax of 6% applies only to products sold to customers in Michigan.

Is my personal information shared?   Absolutely not. We respect your privacy. Your information is kept confidential and will never be sold, shared, or disclosed to any other person or entity.

What payment methods do you accept?    We accept payment from all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Payment may also be made through your PayPal account. One Stop Buckle Shop will also accept personal checks and money orders. If you choose to use a personal check as payment, your order will be processed and shipped once the payment clears.
