The One Stop Buckle Shop wants you be sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase experience with us. To that end we have established the following Return and Shipping Policies.

Return Policy

Any purchase may be returned within 7 days of receiving it with the following conditions:

  • All returned items must be in ‘as new’ condition. We cannot accept returns on belts or belt buckles that show signs of wear, use, or damage.
  • Return or exchange items must be shipped in suitable packaging that protects items from damage.
  • Shipping charges for return or exchange items are the responsibility of the buyer.

Please include the order number so that we can quickly process your return.  Once your return is received and meets the above conditions we will:

  • Refund your purchase amount by crediting the credit card used for the original purchase, or in the case of a personal check or money order we will issue a check back to you.
  • Exchange your item for another selection of the same price,
  • Or in the rare case you found a defective item, replace it with your original selection.

Shipping Policy

We make every effort to get your order processed, packaged, and shipped as quickly as possible.  Our policy is to get all orders processed within 24 hours from the time we receive your approved order and then shipped within 1-3 days.  Orders can be received 24/7, however orders received on Sunday are processed Monday morning.

 One Stop Buckle Shop maintains a large selection of buckles and belts as on-hand inventory.  We ship directly from our corporate headquarters in Michigan.  We also, in order to provide you with the best selection of products, may ship your items directly from our quality manufacturers and wholesale supplier locations. There is no additional cost to you. What this does mean is that there may be times when your purchase will arrive in different packages. This system has proven to work well for us and our customers. Your items will typically arrive within a day or two of each other.

Please note: You are able to place your order online any time, 24/7, however we do not work 24/7.  Orders are processed during our business hours of 8am – 6pm M-F and 8am – 4pm Sat. EST.

The actual in-transit shipping time will depend on the shipping method used. We find that using USPS Priority Mail to be very efficient, typically getting your merchandise to you safely within 2 to 6 days. Please be sure to provide your correct address when ordering. This address should be the same address of where your credit card billing is received. 

Using the USPS Priority Mail service our shipping charge is $5.95 within the 48 contiguous states. 

Using UPS Ground service our shipping charge is $7.95 within the 48 contiguous states. 

For very large orders, we will look to find you the most cost effective method of shipping. We typically recommend the USPS Priority Mail flat-rate service and packaging. Shipping is $8.95 regardless of weight or destination.

You may request an express shipping service such as USPS Express Mail. However, we try to discourage this method of shipping as it is the most expensive way to ship (typically 2 to 3 times standard shipping costs, or more.)  If you do need an Express Delivery, please contact us for a cost to your location.
